Terms and Conditions

Cash on delivery except when agreed in writing.
Risk passes on delivery/collection.
Title passes only when payment for all supplied goods have been received in cleared funds.
We have a security interest in any proceeds of sale.
We have a right to enter premises and recover unpaid goods.
To the extent possible, you waive any right to receive notices under the PPSA.
Interest is payable on daily balances at 2% per month from delivery until paid.
We will waive interest if all amounts are paid within 14 days of delivery /collection.
You are liable for all collection costs, including the full costs of any lawyers.
Any returns must be identified within 14 days of delivery.
Subject to any law, returns are only available for faulty or defective goods.
