Ingredients

• 1 chicken (1.5kg), cooking oil (excluding olive oil), and chicken frying powder. Wash the chicken and cut it into bite-sized pieces and drain

Recipe

• Add 340ml of cold water to 200g of fried chicken powder and make a watery dough. (Use a whisk to stir thoroughly until the powder lump is gone)
• In a wide and deep bowl, prepare enough chicken frying powder
• Put the chicken in the dough of 1 and coat it evenly
• Put the fried chicken powder back on the coated chicken. Roll it in the powder so that the fried chicken powder is sufficiently buried in the chicken and coat it with plenty of care
• Shake off the excess powder in a pre-heated fryer (170℃) and fry for 10 to 11 minutes
